Geissens put Dubai luxury loft up for rent at €334,000 a year

German reality‑TV personalities Robert and Carmen Geiss have listed their 520‑square‑metre loft in Dubai Creek Harbour for rent. The fully furnished apartment on the ninth floor includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an infinity pool, a fitness and wellness area, 24‑hour security and concierge service, and is marketed as "moderne Eleganz auf höchstem Niveau".

The annual rental price is reported at about 1.4 million Dirham (approximately €334,000 or 308,000 CHF). The couple said they will not return to Dubai in the near term, citing the heightened Middle‑East tensions, and are focusing on a new home they are building on the French Riviera.
