Gela celebrates literary festival with Maria Attanasio's novel launch and Mario Incudine concert

The Assessorato alla Cultura of Gela announced the final event of the city's "Luglio Letterario" on July 26 at 19:30 in Via De Santis. Maria Attanasio, a finalist for the Premio Strega, presented her new novel *La Rosa Inversa* (Sellerio) and discussed its themes of memory and narrative with Paola Greco. At 22:00 the programme continued in Piazza Roma with a free concert by Sicilian singer Mario Incudine, performing his show "Il Senso della Misura" alongside musicians Antonio Vasta, Pino Ricosta, Manfredi Tumminello and Francesco Bongiorno. The event underscored Gela’s commitment to cultural and musical expression, offering open‑access entertainment for residents and visitors.
