Gelex Electric to pay over 320 billion VND in cash dividends

Gelex Electric (GEE) has approved its second cash dividend advance for 2026, with a rate of 5%, or 500 VND per share. The company expects to spend approximately 320.25 billion VND for this distribution. The shareholder list will be finalized on September 18, 2026, with payment scheduled for October 7, 2026.

This follows a first dividend advance of 5% completed in June 2026. The company’s annual dividend plan for 2026, approved at the general meeting of shareholders, is set at 30%, leaving at least 20% remaining for future distribution.

In the first half of 2026, Gelex Electric reported consolidated net revenue of approximately 16,621 billion VND, a 41% increase year-on-year. Consolidated profit after tax reached approximately 1,361 billion VND, up more than 28% compared to the same period last year. The company has achieved roughly 61% of its annual revenue target and 64% of its annual profit target.
