Gemini Holding reports strong H1 2026 results for Polish shopping centers
Gemini Holding reported strong performance across its Gemini Park shopping centers in Bielsko-Biała, Tarnów, and Tychy during the first half of 2026. The group secured 36 new lease agreements and annexes covering nearly 7,200 square meters, while 19 new or modernized premises were opened, totaling over 5,400 square meters. Commercialization rates for these centers remain near 100 percent.
In Tarnów, the Gemini Park center is expanding its recreational and service offerings with the addition of Xtreme Fitness Gyms, Poland’s largest fitness club network. The new facility will occupy approximately 1,400 square meters and is scheduled to open in December. This move aligns with a broader trend of shopping centers integrating health and leisure services to meet evolving consumer demands.
Other recent developments include new or updated locations for brands such as eobuwie, Castorama, Berlin Döner Kebab, Rituals, and Pandora. Additionally, several LPP brands, including Reserved, House, Cropp, and Mohito, along with CCC, have modernized their existing stores to improve customer experience.
