Gemlik Municipality announces tender for illegal structure demolitions

The Gemlik Municipality Directorate of Reconstruction and Urbanism has announced a tender to demolish illegal structures and buildings within the Gemlik district of Bursa. The project aims to remove approximately 1,750 cubic meters of unauthorized construction.

The tender, identified by registration number 2026/1542285, will be conducted via an open tender procedure through the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP). The bidding process is scheduled for September 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Gemlik Municipality Service Building.

Once a contractor is selected and the contract is signed, work is expected to commence within five days of site delivery. The municipality has set a completion period of 180 calendar days for the demolition works. Participating firms must meet specific technical qualifications, including providing proof of experience in similar projects over the last 15 years, with a required experience amount of at least 75 percent of the offered price.
