Gen Z in Greece prioritizes pleasant work environment and AI‑aided dating

A Randstad global employer‑brand survey shows that Greek Gen Z workers rate a pleasant work environment as the most important factor when evaluating employers, edging out salary and benefits. Their top five preferences also include professional development, work‑life balance, and equal opportunities, with older talent linking security to stable pay while Gen Z connects it to career growth.

The CEO of dating app Hinge observes that Greek Gen Z is increasingly using artificial‑intelligence tools to create profiles, draft messages and practice flirting. AI is being employed to boost confidence, improve communication and resolve conflicts in romantic interactions, prompting concerns that reliance on algorithms may diminish spontaneous intimacy and reshape how relationships are formed.
