GEN10 program enters final registration days for Romanian youth sports

The GEN10 initiative, launched by Vodafone, is entering its final five days of registration for the month of October. The inaugural edition of the program is currently focused on identifying and supporting young talent in gymnastics and football across Romania.

Mentors for the program include Olympic champion Nadia Comăneci and former national team striker Ciprian Marica. Comăneci emphasized the importance of providing children with the guidance and time necessary to develop their potential and build self-confidence through sport.

While the current phase is limited to gymnastics and football, there has been significant interest from parents requesting the inclusion of other disciplines, such as tennis, handball, and athletics, in future iterations of the program.
