Genb releases MCB reinforcement parts for Toyota HiAce 200 series
Moonface's tuning brand, Genb, has launched the Motion Control Beam (MCB) reinforcement parts specifically designed for the Toyota HiAce (200 series). The product aims to address structural vulnerabilities inherent in the cab-over design, where large cargo areas can lead to body distortion and vibration.
Utilizing technology developed by Aisin, the MCB features an internal mechanism combining spring reaction forces and friction to absorb vibrations and suppress body deformation. Unlike traditional physical reinforcements, this approach focuses on vibration control to improve ride quality and handling stability.
The product line includes individual components for the front, center, and rear, as well as full three-piece sets. The parts are compatible with various configurations, including standard and wide bodies, as well as 2WD and 4WD models. Prices for individual components range from approximately 55,000 to 74,800 yen, while full sets are priced between 179,300 and 201,300 yen.
