GENDA group to acquire i-Commune exhibition business

GENDA has announced that its group company, D.eight, will acquire the exhibition business from i-Commune. The acquisition aims to strengthen the group's content and promotion business by integrating i-Commune's expertise in planning and operating trade fairs and exhibitions for industry groups and government agencies.

By combining D.eight's existing capabilities in planning, design, and production with i-Commune's operational know-how and customer base, the group intends to establish a one-stop service model. This model will cover everything from upstream planning proposals to construction and on-site event management. The transaction is expected to close on November 1, 2026, with minimal impact anticipated on the group's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending January 2027.
