General Council of Nursing announces finalists for IV National Nursing Awards

The fourth edition of the National Nursing Awards, organized by the General Council of Nursing (CGE), has announced its finalists. A total of 30 finalists, with five in each category, are competing for the awards.

Categories include clinical care, management, teaching, research, lifelong professional career, and a newly introduced category for young talent for professionals under 35. Registered nurses across Spain can cast their votes from September 28 until October 13. The winners will be announced at a gala in Madrid at the end of next month.

Among the finalists is Remedios Trinidad Nieto, who is nominated in the clinical care category. Her work includes leading the creation of the first functional wound unit in Castilla-La Mancha.
