She will portray Serena Baldwin, a role last seen on the spin‑off *Port Charles* and previously played by Carly Schroeder. Filming began on June 8, and executive producer Frank Valentini praised Kruger’s talent. Kruger also maintains a high‑profile presence on TikTok, where she was named Beauty Creator of the Year for TikTok Shop in 2025.

Separately, longtime *General Hospital* star Kirsten Storms issued an Instagram statement addressing recent legal matters involving her ex‑husband. Storms said she voluntarily stepped away from work for personal reasons and expressed uncertainty about feeling comfortable returning to Los Angeles and resuming her role on the show. The actress, who was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm earlier this year, has not confirmed any departure from the series.
