In the July 23 episode Maxie, her husband Damian Spinelli and their children are set to relocate to Australia after Spinelli receives a job offer there. Maxie also sells her Deception Cosmetics shares to Michael Corinthos, and the show has no immediate plans to recast the role.

A new mystery storyline has begun for Trina Robinson. A bulletin board covered in photos of Trina appears, signalling an obsessed fan or stalker. Head writers have hinted the threat is serious, and speculation points to characters such as Quinn or music executive Simon, though the identity has not been revealed.
