General Hospital storylines shift toward WSB-centric arcs

Speculation is growing regarding upcoming storylines in General Hospital, specifically concerning the character Jason Morgan and the potential return of Jerry Jacks. Recent developments suggest the show is shifting focus from mob-related plots toward arcs centered on the WSB spy organization.

Actor Steve Burton has indicated that he recently filmed scenes with a recast actor for an established character, providing the newcomer with background on the history between that character and Jason Morgan. Additionally, the casting of several Australian actors with ties to the WSB has fueled rumors about the direction of the series. While Jasper Jacks is unlikely to return, there is significant speculation that the villainous Jerry Jacks could be reintroduced to the show.

Regarding Jason Morgan, recent dialogue suggests his freedom may be contingent upon his cooperation with the WSB. Although Jason has expressed a desire for a peaceful life focused on his son, Danny Morgan, the agency may attempt to leverage his connections to Josslyn Jacks or other loved ones to force him into future assignments.
