General Real Estate Authority CEO reviews projects in Eastern Province
Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, CEO of the General Real Estate Authority, has been conducting a series of meetings in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province to discuss the development and regulation of the real estate sector.
During meetings with Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz and Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Al-Hammad presented the Authority's projects, programs, and statistical indicators. The leadership emphasized that the real estate sector is a vital driver of economic activity and urban expansion, given the region's diverse investment opportunities and urban growth.
Additionally, Al-Hammad met with opinion writers hosted by the Saudi Opinion Writers Association to discuss the rapid evolution of the Kingdom's regulatory framework. He highlighted the transition toward an integrated value chain—encompassing property registration, documentation, marketing, and management—to enhance market transparency, protect rights, and increase investment attractiveness. The discussions also covered the importance of in-kind real estate registration in building reliable data bases and the role of media in communicating accurate market information to investors.
