General Ubaldo Del Monaco visits Carabinieri stations in Piraino and Sinagra

Division General Ubaldo Del Monaco, Commander of the Carabinieri Sicily Legion, visited the stations in Piraino and Sinagra. Both stations operate under the Patti Carabinieri Company.

Accompanied by Captain Giuseppe Rinella, Commander of the Patti Company, General Del Monaco met with station commanders and personnel to discuss operational aspects and the social dynamics of the local territories. During the visit, the General praised the professionalism and dedication of the officers.

Del Monaco emphasized that these stations serve as essential “presidi di legalità” (outposts of legality) and vital points of reference for citizens. He highlighted the importance of military style, example, and proximity to the community. He concluded by urging personnel to continue efforts in preventing and combating crime, with a specific focus on protecting the most vulnerable members of society.
