General Villegas hosts book presentation on Antonio Carrizo

The book ‘Contengo Multitudes. Vida de Antonio Carrizo’ was presented at the Municipal Palace Hall in General Villegas. Written by lawyer Emiliano Betanzo, the work reconstructs the life and legacy of Antonio Carrizo, one of Argentina’s most recognizable radio voices.

The event included local officials, such as Mayor Gilberto Alegre, and Carrizo’s son, Pepe Carrozzi. During the presentation, Betanzo and Carrozzi discussed the communicator's career, his family ties, and his deep connection to General Villegas. Alegre described Carrizo as a humble and brilliant figure whose legacy should inspire future generations.
