Generali launches recruitment drive for strategic growth plan

Generali is seeking individuals to become general agents as part of its BOOST AGENCES 2027 strategic plan. The company aims to reach 2 billion euros in turnover by 2027 through this initiative.

The strategy includes installing 100 new life and personal insurance agents, strengthening expertise in professional and corporate markets, and improving productivity via digital and data tools. Prospective agents receive 17 weeks of initial training and ongoing support to manage their own business activities and portfolios.
