Generali ranked 18th in Time and Statista’s World’s Best Companies 2026

Generali has been ranked 18th in the ‘World’s Best Companies 2026’ list, a ranking produced by Time magazine and Statista. The company is the highest-ranked Italian entity in the global top 20 and stands out as a leading insurer in the study.

The ranking evaluated 1,000 companies worldwide based on three primary criteria: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and transparency in sustainability practices. The methodology integrated market data, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) assessments, and results from an international survey involving approximately 200,000 employees across more than 50 countries.

Generali stated that this recognition validates its ability to combine growth and innovation with long-term value creation through a sustainable business model. The achievement aligns with the group’s ‘Lifetime Partner 27: Driving Excellence’ strategic plan, which focuses on people, responsibility, and sustainability.
