GENERAMMA film festival announces sixth edition in Chiclana

The GENERAMMA film festival, dedicated to works created by women, has announced its sixth edition, which will take place from September 15 to 19 in Chiclana de la Frontera. Organized by the Asociación Andaluza de Mujeres de los Medios Audiovisuales (AAMMA), the event aims to expand its reach and consolidate its role within the Andalusian audiovisual sector.

During a presentation in Seville, AAMMA renewed collaboration agreements with the Fundación SGAE and the Academia de Cine de Andalucía, while also formalizing a new partnership with the Andalucía Film Commission. The festival seeks to build networks for a more diverse and sustainable industry. The upcoming program will feature feature films, short films, and parallel activities, with a focus on Andalusian female filmmakers, historical memory, and audience development.
