In Vienna, the CEOs FOR FUTURE Zukunftsdialog addressed the conflicts between competitiveness, ecological responsibility, and social interests. In Hoyerswerda, Germany, an entrepreneur evening titled ‘From Baby Boomer to Gen Z’ brought together approximately 90 business owners. The discussion focused on integrating diverse age groups within the workforce to combat skilled labor shortages and adapt to a changing work environment influenced by artificial intelligence and evolving economic structures.
