GENERATIONS announces new song ‘VIBE’ for digital release

The Japanese group GENERATIONS has announced the digital release of their new song, ‘VIBE’, scheduled for September 28, ahead of its physical CD single release on October 28. The track is an EDM-style dance number characterized by a fast-paced beat and catchy hooks.

Member Alan Shirahama co-produced the track alongside songwriter TET$V and Kanata Okajima. Shirahama noted that the sound aims to evolve the group’s identity, moving from their past sounds toward a ‘universal value’ while incorporating fresh elements. The song is intended to evoke a revival of their representative track, ‘AGEHA’, as the group approaches their 15th anniversary.

To celebrate the digital release, a special live stream will be held on LINE at 20:00 on September 28, followed by a YouTube premiere of the music video at 21:00 on the same day. A seven-day countdown featuring teaser videos will begin on September 21.
