Genesis X Skorpio Concept Wins Red Dot Design Award 2026

The Genesis X Skorpio Concept, unveiled in January 2026 in the Rub’ al Khali desert of the United Arab Emirates, showcases Genesis Motor’s vision for extreme off‑road performance. The concept features a 1,115 hp V8 engine, a tubular roll‑cage chassis, 40‑inch tires and a body built from glass‑fiber, carbon‑fiber and Kevlar, with sculpted lines and segmented protective panels inspired by the black scorpion’s exoskeleton.

The vehicle was awarded the 2026 Red Dot Design Award in the Cars & Motorcycles – Concept Cars category, recognizing its innovative design language, “Two Lines” lighting signature and the ability to translate Genesis’s brand identity into a radical off‑road configuration.
