Geneva Watch Days showcases 71 brands and 400 new timepieces
The Geneva Watch Days (GWD) has established itself as a significant fixture in the horology calendar. Originally conceived in 2020 as a decentralized response to pandemic restrictions, the event has grown from a small collection of brands into a major industry gathering.
This year's event featured 71 brands, including Alpina, Breitling, and Zenith, showcasing nearly 400 new timepieces. The event attracted over 500 international media representatives, 300 dealers, and more than 2,500 collectors and enthusiasts to Geneva.
While Watches and Wonders remains the industry's largest heavyweight event, Geneva Watch Days offers a different atmosphere. Editors highlighted standout pieces from the event, such as the Laurent Ferrier Classic Moon Dusk in yellow gold and various novelties from MB&F.
