Genial's AI assistant Gê reaches 100,000 users
Genial, a major Brazilian financial conglomerate, announced that its AI-powered financial assistant, Gê, has reached 100,000 users in less than a year of operation. The tool is currently utilized by one in four customers within the company's Digital segment.
Operating via WhatsApp, Gê provides 24-hour service, allowing users to perform queries, make Pix payments, and invest directly in fixed income products, including primary issuances, secondary market assets, and Tesouro Direto. The assistant proactively identifies investment opportunities tailored to individual investor profiles. Genial intends to expand the assistant's capabilities to include other asset classes by the end of the year.
