Genki Iwahashi to star in ‘Renai Rubi no Tadashii Furikata’ Season 2

TOKYO MX has announced that the second season of the drama ‘Renai Rubi no Tadashii Furikata’ will begin broadcasting on October 29, 2026. The series stars Genki Iwahashi as Hiro Suzuki and Osamu Soma as Natsuo Washizawa.

Set approximately one year after the events of the first season, the new installment follows the two protagonists as they navigate living together following an accident at Hiro’s home. The story will incorporate original plot elements supervised by the manga creator, Ogure Tanaka.

A special advance screening event for the first episode is scheduled for October 26, 2026, in Tokyo, featuring appearances by Iwahashi and Soma. Following the broadcast, the series will be available for catch-up streaming on TVer and exclusive distribution on FOD.
