Genki Soba to open in Ikebukuro West Exit in August 2026

A new standing soba restaurant, Genki Soba, is scheduled to open in the Ikebukuro West Exit area of Toshima Ward on August 17, 2026. Located on the first floor of the Dai-3 Kato Building, the establishment features a retro atmosphere.

Signature menu items include ‘Arare Ten Soba,’ which incorporates seafood flavors, and ‘Shioni-don,’ a slow-simmered dish. The restaurant will operate from 11:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00, with Saturdays and Sundays designated as regular holidays.
