Genoa police remove individuals from Punta Vagno beach

Local police in Genoa have conducted new interventions at Punta Vagno beach to address the presence of tents and makeshift camps. During the most recent operation, officers identified and removed two individuals occupying the shoreline.

Arianna Viscogliosi, the municipal assessor for local police and security, stated that these constant checks are part of a summer monitoring program. The initiative aims to ensure public safety, maintain urban decorum, and guarantee that the highly frequented beach remains available for all citizens in compliance with local regulations.
