Genoa Police suspend license of Cornigliano establishment

The Police Commissioner of Genoa has ordered a 30-day suspension of the license for a food and beverage establishment located on via San Giovanni d’Acri in Cornigliano. The decision follows a series of security concerns and violent incidents linked to the venue.

Authorities reported that the establishment has become a frequent gathering place for individuals with criminal records, often involving violence related to alcohol consumption. Recent incidents include a theft, a brawl resulting in multiple injuries and an arrest, and a knife attack that left a victim with significant injuries. Additionally, investigators found that the manager had employed an unauthorized bouncer.
