Genome & Company acquires US K-beauty distributor Allbloom

Genome & Company has acquired a 64.46% stake in Allbloom, a US-based beauty and aesthetic distributor, through its newly established wholly-owned subsidiary, Bloom Partners. The acquisition is a strategic move to accelerate the entry of the company’s microbiome skincare brand, UIQ, into the American offline retail market.

Allbloom specializes in exporting and distributing Korean beauty brands within the United States. The company reported significant growth, with revenue increasing from approximately 17.8 billion KRW in 2024 to 23 billion KRW in 2025. Allbloom maintains established relationships with major retail channels, including Target and MINISO, and possesses expertise in local sales, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.

Genome & Company aims to leverage Allbloom’s existing infrastructure and buyer networks to reduce the time and cost required to build a global distribution organization. While UIQ has already established an online presence via Amazon, the company plans to use Allbloom’s connections to negotiate placement in major US offline retail channels.
