Genova roadworks and Friuli Venezia Giulia historic building grants

In Genoa, night works are scheduled to begin between November 2 and November 3 to resurface via Balbi. The project, part of the 4 Assi di Forza public transport initiative, will use Chromoasphalt, a light-colored material selected to preserve the historical and architectural character of the city center. The works will occur from 8 PM to 5 AM, causing diversions for nine AMT bus lines, including the Volabus service. Emergency vehicles will maintain access via dedicated walkways.

In the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, a new call for applications opens on November 2, 2026, for the restoration and valorization of historic residences. Public and private owners can submit requests via PEC until November 23. To qualify, projects must have an eligible expenditure of at least 50,000 euros and must not have commenced before the application date. Funding will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until resources are exhausted.
