genua presents IT security solutions for critical infrastructure at it-sa 2026

At the it-sa Expo&Congress 2026 in Nuremberg, genua GmbH, a member of the Bundesdruckerei Group, showcased advanced IT security solutions designed to protect highly sensitive digital infrastructures. The company’s offerings focus on securing critical infrastructure (KRITIS), supporting mobile working environments compliant with VS-NfD standards, and implementing Confidential Computing to protect data-in-use through cryptographic proof.

As a BSI-qualified manufacturer, genua develops hardware-based and virtualized security solutions in Germany following a security-by-design approach. Many of these products meet international Common Criteria standards and are certified for security levels including VS-NfD, NATO RESTRICTED, and EU RESTRICTED.

Additionally, genua introduced genudetect, a distributed Network Detection & Response (NDR) system designed for real-time automated cyber-attack detection. The system is designed to comply with BSI requirements for attack detection (SzA) by analyzing network traffic using IDS signatures and Indicators of Compromise (IoC).
