Genzano authorities seize illegal structures used for unauthorized pool parties

Authorities in Genzano di Roma have conducted raids on a residential property in via Montegiovetti following reports of loud music and unauthorized social events. Investigations by the State Police, Local Police, and the Labor Inspectorate revealed that the property, intended for tourist accommodation, was being used to host advertised pool parties, dinners, barbecues, and interactive entertainment without the necessary permits.

Initial inspections in late July identified numerous patrons and a kiosk operating without food and beverage licenses. During the investigation, authorities also discovered two employees working without legal contracts. Despite administrative sanctions and a suspension order issued after the first inspection, the organizers allegedly continued to promote events on social media.

A subsequent raid confirmed the ongoing illegal activity, leading to further charges for non-compliance with previous orders. Additionally, authorities seized illegal structures built to support the unauthorized business, a move that has been validated by the judiciary.
