Geomam Station Prugio Pravenue sees high subscription competition

The ‘Geomam Station Prugio Pravenue’ apartment complex in the Geomam Public Housing District has recorded high competition rates during its first-priority subscription period. According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, a total of 2,161 applications were received for 114 units, resulting in an average competition rate of approximately 19 to 1.

The highest competition was observed in the 60㎡A type, which saw 263 applications for just 2 units, a ratio of 131.5 to 1. The 60㎡B type also showed strong interest with a rate of approximately 40.6 to 1.

Analysts attribute this demand to the complex’s location, which offers ‘double station area’ access via the Airport Railroad and Incheon Subway Line 2. The site provides convenient access to major Seoul business districts and proximity to the infrastructure of Cheongna and Geomdan New Cities. The development, managed by Daewoo E&C, consists of 441 units across three buildings. Winners will be announced on September 8, with official contracts scheduled from November 2 to November 4.
