George Santos to compete in Fox military reality show

Former U.S. Representative George Santos will compete in the fifth season of the Fox reality survival show, ‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test’. The program, set in the jungles of Malaysia, subjects celebrities to intense military-style physical and mental challenges.

Santos, who was expelled from Congress following controversies regarding his biography, shared on X that the experience was “out of my element” and that he was not initially in shape for the rigors of the show. He noted that the experience changed how he views himself and his physical well-being.

He will join 14 other contestants, including Ruby Rose and Candace Cameron Bure. The competition involves tasks such as navigating claustrophobic bunkers and retrieving supplies while suspended high above the jungle floor. The series is scheduled to premiere on September 24.
