Georgensgmünd inaugurates new boule court at Mauker playground

A new boule court has been inaugurated at the Mauker playground in Georgensgmünd. The project was initiated by members of SF Blockhütte Mauk and Obermauk, who sought to utilize the area around the swings for the sport.

The development became a community project supported by the municipality of Georgensgmünd. The local municipal office provided earthworks and necessary materials, while members of the Blockhütte took responsibility for the final completion of the court. The official opening ceremony included Mayor Friedrich Koch, who cut the ribbon and played the first ball.
