Georgia Bulldogs defeat Florida Gators 27-8

The Georgia Bulldogs secured their sixth consecutive victory in the Cocktail Party rivalry, defeating the No. 17 Florida Gators 27-8. Georgia’s defense limited the Gators' offense, which struggled to move the ball consistently under quarterbacks Aaron Philo and Tramell Jones.

Georgia capitalized on four Florida turnovers, including an early interception by Philo that led to a touchdown by running back Nate Frazier. Frazier was a standout performer, recording 67 rushing yards and a touchdown. Chris Cole also contributed significantly, returning a fumble for a touchdown in the first half to extend Georgia’s lead to 24-0.

Following the win, Georgia moves to a 7-1 record. Florida enters the game with a 5-2 record, having recently secured an upset victory over Texas before this loss.
