Georgia sets new record for domestic goods exports

Georgia has set a new record for the export of locally produced goods. During the first eight months of 2026, domestic exports grew by approximately 63.5%, reaching nearly $3.3 billion.

Currently, products manufactured within Georgia account for more than 60% of the country's total exports. Major buyers of Georgian products include China, Russia, and Turkey.

Additionally, the country's total exports, including re-exports, have reached a record level, exceeding $5.4 billion since the beginning of the year. If current trends continue, Georgia may conclude 2026 with record-breaking export volumes.
