Georgia Siakavara and Konstantinos Plevris appear in Athens

Georgia Siakavara and Konstantinos Plevris, a couple in a relationship since 2023, made a rare public appearance together in central Athens. Siakavara drew significant attention for her fashion choices, wearing a denim midi dress paired with high-heeled pumps and accessories featuring the colors of the United States flag.

The appearance follows a serious health crisis Siakavara faced in September 2025. She was rushed to Hippocrates Hospital after being diagnosed with semi-colitis, which caused a section of her intestine to become trapped between two hernias. She underwent successful laparoscopic surgery to prevent sepsis and avoid the removal of part of her intestine. She has since fully recovered and used her experience to urge others not to ignore intense physical pain.
