Georgian national deported from Poland after driving ban violation
A 49-year-old Georgian national has been deported from Poland and banned from entering the country and the Schengen Area for 10 years following a series of traffic violations in Opole.
Police stopped the individual while he was driving a Skoda, discovering that he was operating a vehicle in violation of a court-ordered driving ban. The ban had been imposed by the Opole District Court following a previous offense involving driving under the influence of alcohol.
In addition to the driving ban, the individual has a history of various traffic offenses, including speeding and driving without required qualifications. Following the intervention, the man was handed over to the Border Guard, who issued the deportation order and the long-term entry ban.
