Georgios Tsouri's '170 Square' returns for eighth season in Greece

The Greek drama '170 Square (Moonwalk)' by playwright Georgios Tsouri, staged by the MA NON TROPPO theatre company, is set to return for its eighth season. Performances begin on Friday 6 November 2026 at the Diána Theatre in Athens, with a limited run.

Over the previous seven seasons the work has been presented in more than 520 performances, attracting around 130,000 spectators in Greece and Cyprus. The play, part of a family‑themed trilogy that earned Tsouri the Dimitris Chorn award, depicts siblings confronting past secrets after their father's death in a small provincial town. It combines humour, tension and stark realism to explore contemporary Greek family life.
