Geotechnical Chamber of Greece coordinates agricultural subsidy updates

The Geotechnical Chamber of Greece (G.C.G.) is coordinating with several state agencies, including the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) and the Special Implementing Agency for Rural Development Interventions, to address technical and regulatory aspects of agricultural support.

A technical meeting was organized in Larissa to discuss improvement plans, financial tools, and the operation of the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS). The session focused on rural development interventions and risk management tools within the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) framework.

In parallel, the G.C.G. has engaged in institutional meetings with the IAPR regarding the implementation of the 2026 Single Application for Support (SAS). While noting improvements in the application's functionality, the Chamber has submitted a list of urgent issues requiring clarification. These include legal responsibility in declaration submissions, potential conflicts of interest, and technical discrepancies regarding land ownership status, lease agreements, and the accuracy of system checks.
