Gerardo Sofovich to be the subject of a new biographical series

Gustavo Sofovich has confirmed that a biographical series about his father, the late producer and businessman Gerardo Sofovich, is officially in development. The project, which has been under contract for several months, aims to explore the various dimensions of Gerardo Sofovich’s life, including his professional career and his involvement in politics.

The series is expected to cover his influence on Argentine television, including the creation of iconic formats such as ‘Polémica en el Bar’ and ‘La noche del domingo,’ as well as his role as a talent scout. Gustavo Sofovich described the life story as “very juicy,” noting that the production intends to capture the full complexity of his father’s journey.
