Gerindra Party appoints new Serang leader and launches environmental movement

The Gerindra Party has undertaken several organizational and social initiatives in Indonesia. In Serang City, Banten, Budi Rustandi has been reappointed as the Chairperson of the Gerindra City Branch (DPC) by Party Chairman Prabowo Subianto. Rustandi received his official decree from the Banten Provincial DPD Chairperson, Andra Soni, and has pledged to implement strategic programs to advance the party and serve the community.

Simultaneously, the Gerindra Party Central Executive Board (DPP) has mobilized cadres to support the ‘Indonesia ASRI’ movement (Aman, Sehat, Resik, dan Indah) in Jakarta. Initiated by President Prabowo Subianto, the movement focuses on creating a safe, healthy, clean, and beautiful environment. Activities in five Jakarta regions included tree planting, releasing fish seeds into rivers, environmental cleaning, and park painting. DPP Secretary General Sugiono emphasized that environmental preservation is essential to support economic activity and public well-being.
