Gerindra Party targets 2029 election victory in Banten

Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the Daily Chairperson of the Gerindra Party, has called for organizational consolidation in Banten to prepare for the 2029 General Election. During the inauguration of the Regional and Branch Leadership Councils (DPD and DPC) in Tangerang, Dasco instructed newly appointed officials to maintain unity and work collectively to win the election while supporting President Prabowo Subianto’s administration.

Dasco emphasized that strengthening public support for the party must occur alongside the successful implementation of government programs. He noted that internal consolidation is essential for developing political strategies for the upcoming elections.

Andra Soni, Chairman of the Gerindra Banten Regional Leadership Council, also urged cadres to maintain a spirit of togetherness. He highlighted that provincial priority programs have been aligned with the sixth point of President Prabowo’s 'Asta Cita' mission, which focuses on building from villages and grassroots levels to ensure equitable development.
