German Air Fryer Cauliflower and Plum‑Marzipan Curry Recipes
A quick air‑fryer cauliflower side can be prepared in about 25 minutes for two servings. The recipe calls for a small cauliflower head, olive oil, salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and optional grated Parmesan. The florets are seasoned, placed in the air‑fryer basket without overcrowding and cooked until lightly crisp on the outside while staying tender inside.
A complementary plum‑marzipan pork curry also serves two and provides roughly 525 kcal per portion. It combines sliced pork schnitzel with shallots, garlic, chili flakes, five‑spice powder, ground coriander, plum juice, marzipan, soy sauce and fresh parsley. After browning the meat and aromatics, the spice mix is added, followed by water and plum liquid. Marzipan is grated into the simmering sauce, then finished with soy sauce and parsley. The dish is traditionally served with basmati rice and can be enhanced with vanilla tea or banana puree as optional twists.
