German airports launch new UK winter flight connections

British Airways will operate a seasonal service between Cologne/Bonn Airport and London Heathrow from 23 November to 28 December 2026, offering five weekly flights on Airbus A320s. The flights run on Mondays and Thursday‑Sunday, providing additional options for travelers visiting London’s Christmas markets and other attractions.

EasyJet is adding several new direct routes from Nuremberg Airport beginning in November 2026. The airline will connect Nuremberg with London Gatwick (starting 19 November, 2‑4 times weekly), London Luton (starting 23 November, 2‑3 times weekly), Manchester (starting 2 November, twice weekly) and Milan Malpensa (starting 27 November, twice weekly). These services run through the Christkindlesmarkt season and selected trade fairs, with flight times ranging from 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours.
