German anti-tank projectile found in Brdy region

A mushroom hunter discovered a suspicious object while walking in the Brdy region near Okrouhlík, located on the western edge of the Protected Landscape Area.

Police confirmed the object was a German 75mm Pak 40 anti-tank projectile used during World War II. Pyrotechnic experts were called to the scene to carefully remove the shell from the ground and transport it for disposal.
