German Charities Donate Thousands to Youth Programs

Employees of the public transport company KHWE donated €4,000 to support children‑ and youth‑work in the Kreis Höxter region of Germany. The contribution was presented by representatives of the workforce council and senior services.

On 7 December 2024 the 16th RADIO WMW Lichtblicke Gala took place in Legden, Münsterland. The sold‑out event featured comedy acts, musical performances—including an Elton John medley by Kalle Höper—and raised additional funds for the Aktion Lichtblicke charity, which distributes donations to families to help fulfil children’s wishes.
