German community groups complete local charitable donations

Various German community groups have completed recent charitable donations to local organizations.

The Lachen-based association ‘Bierdonnerstag’ donated 1,000 euros to the non-profit ‘Nierenkinder-ASB’. The funds, generated from the proceeds of this year’s carnival parade in Lachen, were presented at the Memmingen Clinic.

Additionally, the FCK-FAN-CLUB Kuhnhöfen/Arnshöfen donated 1,900 euros to Hospiz St. Thomas in Dernbach. This contribution resulted from a Bundesliga betting game organized by the fan club. Since the game's inception in the 1993/1994 season, the club has raised over 35,000 euros for various causes, with 21,000 euros specifically directed to the hospice.
