German companies XXXLutz and ZOLL receive industry honors

Several German companies have received recognition for their workplace culture and innovation. XXXLutz has been named the most desirable employer in the furniture retail sector by the F. A. Z. Institute. To support this position, the company is expanding its ‘XXXL Plus’ benefit program with ‘X-POWR’, an exclusive green electricity tariff, and is launching approximately 1,000 new apprenticeship positions for 2026.

In the medical technology sector, ZOLL’s Cardiac Management Solutions division has been awarded the TOP 100 Innovation Prize. This award, presented by the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, recognizes the company for its structured innovation management and employee-focused culture. ZOLL is noted for its LifeVest wearable cardioverter defibrillator, which serves over one million patients globally.
